Jane married Colonel Dowding Thornhill, son of (---) Thornhill and Alice Dowding, at St. Lucy's Parish, Barbados, say 1714.2,3

Jane Terrill left a will dated 3 April 1739, and proved 7 October 1739:
To my grand daughter Mary Thornhill Bonnet £500 and 4 negroes at 21.
To my grand daughter Thomasin Bonnet £100 and one negro.
To my nephew Henry Thornhill £50. The estate of my late husband Dowding Thornhill.
To my daughter Mary Bonnet, provided she survives her husband Edward Bonnet, if not surviving to her children.
If my daughter and grand children die I give to my brothers Major Michael Terrill and Col. William Sandiford each £50.
To my 3 nieces Cornelia Sandiford, daughter of Colonel Sandiford, Jane Terrill, daughter of Major Terrill, Cornelia Yearwood, daughter of Samuel Yearwood, and residue of my nephew Henry Thornhil.
I appoint my brother Colonel Wm. Sandiford and Lt. Col. Hillary Rowe, Captain John Waite, and Mr. Jacob Scott executors in trust.
