Sir Thomas de Swynnerton, Knt., 3rd Lord Swinnerton, son of Sir Roger de Swynnerton, Knt., 1st Lord Swynnerton and Maud Haughton, died about December 1361.1

Thomas married Maud Holand, daughter of Sir Robert de Holand, Knt., 1st Lord Holand and Maud La Zouche, after 1331.2,1

He may also have had a daughter, Ellen, wife of Richrd Done of Utkinton as given in Ormerod, but there is little evidence other than "the name's the same."3
