Sally Getchel, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), is said to have died "very old" in Vasselboro, Maine, with some of her children. No contemporary record has been found of this, the sole source being the HHR genealogy book.1

Sally married John Hanson, son of John Hanson and Phebe Austin.2

The probate of John Hanson's estate names her as Abigail, and there is an Abigail Hanson in the 1810 census for Milton.3
